"This company will drop your insurance without calling you to let you know, and my homeowners policy just went up by $2000 with out having any claims in the past 10 years. I would avoid this company. They have really gone down hill in the past 2 years. Avoid them at all costs.

Response reply: We were customers of your for years, and sent many of our friends and family to your company. You could not even be bothered to give us a call to let us know you were not going to renew our insurance policies. You told us a letter was sent. If that is your plan when significant issues arise what is the point of having an insurance agent? A phone call from you or one of your associated letting us know would have been very helpful. We only found out we did not have insurance when were registering our new drivers first car 30 days later. This is not acceptable.

Be very carful as you can see from their response they are just trying to cover up what they have done."
